MOBIHEL PRIMER LOW VOC

USE
- One-component easy to apply and fast drying primer, chromate free.
- Excellent anticorrosion properties.
- Adhesion on all types of substrates (metal, zinc plated steel, aluminium).
- Application with spray gun and brush.
- Overcoatable with MOBIHEL fillers.
SUBSTRATE

Used for the protection of steel, zinc-plated or aluminum metal sheets. The surface must be well sanded, cleaned from rust and degreased.

MOBIHEL 2K HS 4:1 COMPACTPRIMER LOW VOC

USE
- High-build, acryl-isocyanate primer-filler.
- VOC compliant.
- Adhesion on all types of metals substrates.
- Excellent (up to 180 μm) film-build.
- Good vertical stability, filling properties.
- Good isolating properties.
- Easy to sand.
- In-depth drying properties allow for a reduced process time and ensure an excellent surface for the subsequent top coats.
SUBSTRATE

It may be applied directly to bare steel and zinc-plated steel and aluminum. In cases of unknown aluminum quality we recommend the application of one layer of MOBIHEL PRIMER LOW VOC for guaranteed results. The surface must be well sanded, cleaned from rust and degreased.

As the primer and filler in one with good corrosion protection.
- Can be applied to bare metal such as steel, zinc and aluminium as well as all original factory primings and plastic parts.

- Ensures good topcoat gloss when used with MOBIHEL BASE MIX.

USE
Primer and filler combination for car bodies, with good corrosion protection. The filler is applied according to the “wet on wet” system (requires thinning) or as a normal filler to sand that is ready for spraying after a suitable HARDENER is added. Particularly recommended for use on new cataphoresis-coated protected spare parts.

MOBIHEL ANTIGRAVEL LOW VOC

USE
One component protective coating based on modified rubber for protection of sills, wheel arches and underbody against stone-chipping. It is resistant to salt, humidity, oil and gasolines. Immediately overcoatable after drying.

Substrates must be cleaned with MOBIHEL ANTISILICONE CLEANER prior to application.
